Who We Are

French Weir Affordable Homes is dedicated to providing affordable social homes for life to individuals and families in housing need in Taunton, Somerset, UK. Our mission is to create a supportive and inclusive community where everyone has access to safe and comfortable housing, fostering a sense of belonging and security.

FWAH was established in 2012 by Gideon Amos and Caroline Ellis. We are a Registered Provider of Social Housing and a Limited Liability Partnership.

 

Small can be beautiful! We currently have five homes in our portfolio. Three of our homes are Grade 2 listed - we renovated them over 2011-17; two we built ourselves and were designed as low carbon homes with Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar PV.

Each household makes their home their own. Our tenants form a lovely community and we are committed to being the best landlords we possibly can be.
